The HJCD pelletizer systems convert the stream of molten polymer into pellets.
A number of strands emerging from the die head are directed through a cooling bath and cooled there.
Then the cooling water sticking to polymer strands is air-wiped off by a suction and blowing nozzles of an air wiper before strands are led to a pelletizer.
The dried and cooled strands are directed to a strand pelletizer where strands pulled out by two(2) feed rollers and cut into pellets by a rotating cutter.
The discharged pellets are conveyed into a vibrating screen which selects pellets into normal, oversized and powder.
This system requires operator's skill during start-up and operation. All strands formed at the die head flows down the cooling bath through an air wiper into the pelletizer whilst operator in presence.
The Die head, cooling bath, air wiper consisting conventional pelletizing system also belong to our scope of supply.
