The HJCH pelletizer system converts the stream of molten polymer into pellets.
Starting at the die head, this system is separated into a number of strands which are cooled by direct contact with PCW in the horizontal strand guide where the strands are directed into the cutter by a gravitation, then pulled out by two(2) feed rollers and cut into pellets by a rotating cutter.
PCW of over flow and spray are drained out in pre-dewatering device before cutting chamber for stable pelletizing effect.
The resulting slurry of pellets in a water stream flows via gravity into a pre-dewatering vibrator which separates water from pellet and carries pellet to a drying machine.
The drying machine removes the surface water, finally conveying the dried pellets into a vibrating screen which selects pellets into normal, oversized and powder.
This system is a self-stranding.
All strands formed at the die head flows down the horizontal strand guide into the pelletizer without any assistance.
The PCW can be collected and recycled by a close loop of water recycling system.
